Terms of Service (Waitlist)

These Terms govern your access to the Pactaly website and waitlist at pactaly.com. Once the Pactaly application is generally available, a separate Service Agreement will apply to paying customers.
1. Eligibility
You may join the waitlist if you are at least 18 years old and represent a business operating lawfully in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
2. Waitlist benefits
By joining the waitlist you reserve the right to receive early access to Pactaly and a 50% lifetime discount on the monthly subscription, subject to the following conditions:
- The discount applies only to the subscription tier in place at signup and is locked in for the lifetime of an uninterrupted paid subscription.
- If you cancel and resubscribe after 30 days of inactivity, the discount is forfeited.
- The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and is not redeemable for cash.
3. No payment required
The waitlist is free to join and imposes no financial obligation. Pricing outlined on the website is indicative and may be adjusted before public launch; the 50% discount always applies to the final publicly announced price.
4. Communications
By joining the waitlist you consent to receive product update emails at a frequency of no more than one per month, unless you request to receive more. You may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) submit fake or misleading information, (b) attempt to access the site or our systems in an unauthorised way, or (c) use the site or waitlist to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, logos, graphics) is owned by Pactaly or its licensors. You may share links to public pages freely. Reproduction of substantial portions requires written permission.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The waitlist is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pactaly is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and, to the extent applicable, European Union law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
